Emergency Support is available to all current Mestro customers. Having an overdue invoice or expired account does not void your Emergency Support entitlement until 14 days after the action.

  Examples of Use:

Not received information regarding suspended service.
Your billing account has been compromised
Your hosting services have been compromised
Data has been lost, you need us to retrieve it.
